The classic combination of tomato, mozzarella and basil on a skewer. No cooking required — just good tomatoes.

Method

  1. 1Thread tomatoes, mozzarella and basil onto small skewers, alternating as you go.
  2. 2Arrange on a plate and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  3. 3Finish with a generous pinch of flaky salt and black pepper. Serve immediately.
