Method

  1. 1Combine garlic, oil, soy sauce and paprika. Toss with steak cubes and marinate at least 30 minutes.
  2. 2Thread steak, pepper and spring onion alternately onto skewers.
  3. 3Grill over high heat for 8-10 minutes, turning regularly, until charred and cooked to your liking.
