Ingredients

Method

  1. 1Toss sliced cucumbers with salt in a colander. Let sit 10 minutes to draw out water.
  2. 2Rinse and pat dry.
  3. 3Whisk together vinegar, sugar, dill and pepper until sugar dissolves.
  4. 4Combine with cucumbers and let sit at least 15 minutes before eating. Better after an hour.
