Grilled Chicken with Fresh Garden Salsa

Method

  1. 1Make the salsa: combine all salsa ingredients, season with salt and let sit at room temperature for at least 20 minutes.
  2. 2Season chicken with salt, pepper and a little oil. Grill over medium-high heat until cooked through — 6-8 minutes per side for breasts.
  3. 3Rest 5 minutes, then spoon the salsa generously over. Serve immediately.
