What you'll need

Serves 2
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup milk or oat milk
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 7 oz fresh strawberries, sliced
  • handful fresh mint leaves

How it comes together

Method

  1. Stir together oats, milk, yogurt and honey in a jar or bowl.

  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  3. In the morning, top with fresh strawberries and mint leaves. Add more milk if too thick.

Tips

  • Macerating half the strawberries with a little sugar the night before, then spooning the juices over the oats, adds another layer of flavor.
