  • 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp superfine sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • for the biscuits:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp superfine sugar
  • 6 tbsp cold butter, cubed
  • 2/3 cup whole milk

How it comes together

  3. Pat out to 3/4 inch thickness and cut into rounds. Bake at 425°F for 12-15 minutes until golden.
